7.1.4. Main cylinder

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For improvement of access to the main cylinder of coupling remove the relay block from the top part of the ABS modulator and move it aside. If necessary remove the vacuum amplifier of brakes. 2. To reduce loss of brake fluid, uncover a nutritious tank, enclose the sheet of polyethylene and reliably screw up a cover on a tank. 3. Weaken a collar and remove a pipe of the main cylinder of coupling from a nutritious tank, close a pipe and the union of a nutritious tank traffic jams. 4. In interior of the car unscrew clips and remove finishing of the lower part of the dashboard from the driver for access to a coupling pedal. 5. Release a bracket of fastening and remove a hydraulic hose of the working cylinder of coupling from a working part of the main cylinder. Close a pipe and the channel of the main cylinder of coupling by traffic jams. 6. In interior of the car remove a bracket and take a pin, the fixing pusher of the main cylinder to a coupling pedal. 7. In a motor compartment unscrew nuts and remove the main cylinder of coupling.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check that the interfaced surface of the main cylinder of coupling and a partition of a motor compartment, pure and dry and establish laying. 2. Install the main cylinder of coupling so that the collar of a pusher was correctly combined with a coupling pedal. Put the clamps of fastening of the main cylinder of coupling. 3. Grease a pin with universal lubricant, combine a collar of a pusher and a pedal of coupling and establish a pin. Fix a pin by a lock bracket. 4. Connect a hose of the working cylinder of coupling to the main cylinder and record its bracket of fastening. 5. Establish finishing of the lower part of the dashboard from the driver. 6. Connect a hose of the main cylinder to a nutritious tank and fix by a collar. 7. Remove air from hydraulic system of coupling.
