6.2.4. Oil pressure sensor
Removal
Petrol engines
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. The sensor is screwed in in a back casing of the oil pump which is located on a forward part of the engine. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove an engine mudguard. |
2. Remove the electric socket from the sensor, unscrew the sensor and remove it together with a sealing ring. |

Diesel engines
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. On engines of 1,7 l the sensor of pressure of oil is screwed up in the left end face of a head of the block of cylinders. |
2. On engines of 2,0 l the oil pressure sensor the sensor is screwed up in a back end face of a head of the block of cylinders. For access to the sensor lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove an engine mudguard. The sensor is available from the lower part of a motor compartment. |
3. Disconnect the electric socket and unscrew the sensor. |
