1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Unscrew the pipelines giving fuel to fuel nozzles of the first and second cylinders. |

2. Unscrew the cap located between pipes of supply of fuel to nozzles from the back party of the fuel pump. |

3. Release the mechanism of start of the cold engine, passing the screw-driver through two openings of the lever and turning the lever. |
4. Install the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point in a compression step then turn a bent shaft of the engine back on a quarter of a turn. |

5. In a nest for a cap screw in an adapter together with the indicator of hour type. |
6. Slowly turn a bent shaft in both parties and, watching indications of the indicator, install the piston of the fuel pump in the lower dead point. Establish an arrow of the indicator on 0. |
7. Slowly turn a bent shaft clockwise before combination of an adjusting tag of a pulley of a bent shaft with the index. |
8. Take readings with the indicator of hour type, and size on the indicator has to correspond provided in technical characteristics. If it is necessary to make adjustment, weaken bolts and nuts of fastening of the fuel pump and slowly turn a pump housing until the indicator of hour type does not show the required value. In this situation tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of the fuel pump. |
9. Turn a bent shaft of the engine clockwise on 3/4 turns. Slowly turning a bent shaft forward and back and watching indications of the indicator of hour type, define when the piston of the fuel pump is installed in the lower dead point, and establish an arrow of the indicator on 0. |
10. Slowly turn a bent shaft of the engine clockwise before combination of an adjusting tag of a pulley of a bent shaft with the index and check installation of the moment of injection of fuel. |
11. Unscrew an adapter with the indicator of hour type and take the screw-driver from the mechanism of start of the engine in a cold state |
12. Screw in a cap in a back part of the fuel pump. |
