Multipoint system of injection of Simtec 56.5 fuel of engines 1,8 and 2,0 of l

1. The sensor of temperature of the air coming to the engine
2. Air stream measuring instrument
3. Pressure regulator
4. Potentiometer of a butterfly valve
5. Sensor of a bent shaft
6. Step engine of management of idling turns
7. Camshaft sensor
8. Detonation sensor
9. System of catching of vapors of fuel
10. Ignition block
11. Sensor of temperature of cooling liquid
12. System of repeated combustion of exhaust gases

The system of injection of Simtec 56.5 fuel is identical to the Multec-S system installed on DOCH engines of 1,6 l. The only difference of system is that instead of the sensor of measurement of absolute pressure in an inlet collector the air stream measuring instrument is installed.

Additional feature of the Simtec system is that the path of air supply in the engine has variable length to guarantee maximum efficiency at high frequencies of rotation of the engine and a power maximum at low frequencies of rotation of the engine. The inlet collector is divided into two paths of various length. Each path of an inlet collector is equipped with the valve. The valve is run by the ECU block via the electromagnetic valve and a vacuum diaphragm.

At frequencies of rotation of engines less than 3 600 rpm valves remain closed and the air coming to the engine has to go on a long path that leads to increase in torque.

On higher turns of the engine the ECU block switches the electromagnetic valve and vacuum influences a diaphragm which opens a short path for air supply in the engine.
