3.5.5. Repair of the engine
It is the most convenient to perform works on the engine if it is installed on a special bed.
Before repair of the engine it is necessary to remove from it:
– inlet and final collectors;
– arm of the compressor of the conditioner of air, pump of strengthening of steering and generator;
– cooling system pump;
– elements of fuel system;
– plait of wires both all electric switches, and sensors;
– oil filter;
– flywheel.
If it is necessary to make only repair of the block of cylinders, a bent shaft, pistons and rods, it is necessary to remove a head of the block of cylinders, the oil pallet, the oil pump and a gear belt of the drive or a chain.
In need of carrying out complete capital repairs it is necessary to remove from the engine:
– inlet and final collectors;
– a gear belt of the drive, pulleys and the mechanism of a tension (except the diesel engine of 2,0 l);
– head of the block of cylinders;
– flywheel;
– oil pallet;
– oil pump;
– chains and asterisks (diesel engine of 2,0 l);
– pistons with rods;
– bent shaft.
