3.3.18. Replacement of sealing rings of a bent shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Right sealing ring
1. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft.
2. Drill two small openings located in the opposite ends of consolidation in a sealing ring. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled openings of a sealing ring and, using flat-nose pliers, extend a sealing ring for heads of screws.
3. Clear a nest of a sealing ring.
4. Oil pure engine working edges of a new sealing ring and establish it on a bent shaft. Working edges of a new sealing ring have to be directed inside.
5. Remove all traces of engine oil and establish a pulley on a bent shaft.

6. Remove a flywheel.
7. Drill two small openings located in the opposite ends of consolidation in a sealing ring. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled openings of a sealing ring and, using flat-nose pliers, extend a sealing ring for heads of screws.
8. Clear a nest of a sealing ring.
9. Oil pure engine working edges of a new sealing ring and establish it on a bent shaft. Working edges of a new sealing ring have to be directed inside.
10. Establish a flywheel.
