3.2.7. Casings of a gear belt

Removal

ENGINES OF 1,6 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Top casing
1. Remove a casing of the air filter.
2. Unscrew screws of fastening of the top casing of a gear belt to a back casing and take it from a motor compartment.
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
Lower casing
4. Remove the top casing.
5. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft.
6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the lower casing to a back casing and take it from the car (on a photo at the left – the top bolt of fastening of the lower casing, on the right – the lower bolt of fastening).
7. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
Back casing
8. Take off a gear belt.
9. Remove pulleys of camshafts, a pulley of a bent shaft, the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt and a back single pulley.
10. Unscrew fastening bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove a back casing of a gear belt.
11. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

ENGINES 1,8 AND 2,0 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER
External casing
12. Remove a casing of the air filter.
13. Take off an auxiliary driving belt
14. Unscrew bolts of fastening of thirst of the compensator of torque for an arm of the engine and remove it from the right end of the engine.
15. Unscrew fastening bolts, remove rubber pro-luggage under bolts and remove an external casing of a gear belt.
16. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
17. Establish consolidation on an external casing of a gear belt.
Back casing
18. Take off a gear belt.
19. Remove pulleys of camshafts, a pulley of a bent shaft, the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt and a pulley of idling.
20. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the sensor of the camshaft.
21. Unscrew bolts of fastening of draft of the compensator of torque from an end face of a head of the block of cylinders.
22. Unscrew bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt.
23. Unscrew bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt.
