3.2.6. Pulley of a bent shaft

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Prevention For fastening of a pulley it is necessary to use a new bolt. 1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove the right wheel. 2. Take off an auxiliary driving belt. 3. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft. It is necessary for prevention of a provorachivaniye of a bent shaft that the assistant included any transfer and pressed a brake. On models with the automatic transmission unscrew one of bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer and, using the steel core inserted through an opening under a bolt block a drive plate. Engines of 1,6 l 4. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley and remove a pulley from a bent shaft. L engines 1,8 and 2,0 5. For a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft turn a bent shaft until the tag on a pulley is not combined with the index on a cover. 6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an auxiliary pulley to a pulley of a gear belt and remove a pulley.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Engines of 1,6 l 1. Establish a pulley of a bent shaft. At the same time combine a groove on a pulley with a ledge on a pulley of a gear belt. 2. Fix a pulley by a bolt. At the same time record a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye. 3. Establish an auxiliary driving belt. 4. Establish a wheel and lower the car. L engines 1,8 and 2,0 5. Check that the tag of a pulley of a bent shaft is combined with a tag on the case, and establish a pulley of an auxiliary maple belt on a bent shaft. Combine a tag on a pulley with the index and fix a pulley by bolts. 6. Establish an auxiliary driving belt. 7. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
