3.1.9. Mechanism of a tension of a gear belt and pulleys

CAMSHAFT PULLEY

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take off a gear belt.
	2. Fix the camshaft from a provorachivaniye one of the next ways. Use the special tool manufactured of two steel strips with bolts on the ends which enter camshaft pulley openings.
3. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders and fix from a provorachivaniye the camshaft a wrench for camshaft grooves.
4. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the camshaft and remove a pulley.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check an oil sealing ring of the camshaft for wear and damage and, if necessary, replace it.
	2. Establish a camshaft pulley. At the same time combine an opening on a pulley (2) with an adjusting pin of the camshaft (1).
3. Tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft the required moment. At the same time hold the camshaft from a provorachivaniye.
	4. Establish a gear belt and a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

PULLEY OF THE BENT SHAFT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take off a gear belt.

2. Remove the cogged pulley from a bent shaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check that the segment spline is located in a groove of a bent shaft.
	2. Combine a groove of a pulley of a bent shaft with a segment spline and establish a pulley on a bent shaft.
3. Establish a gear belt.

TENSION MECHANISM

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take off a gear belt.
	2. Unscrew bolts and remove the tension mechanism assembled from the case of the oil pump.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Install the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt (1) on a casing of the oil pump. At the same time the ledge on a basic plate has to be correctly located in an opening of a casing of the oil pump (2). Tighten bolts of fastening of the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt the required moment.
