3.1.17. Replacement of sealing rings of a bent shaft
Right sealing ring
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft. |
2. Drill two small openings located in the opposite ends of a sealing ring in a sealing ring.

3. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled openings of a sealing ring and, using flat-nose pliers, extend a sealing ring for heads of screws. |
4. Clear a nest for a sealing ring. |

5. Oil pure engine working edges of a new sealing ring and establish it on a bent shaft. |
6. Remove all traces of engine oil and establish a pulley of a bent shaft. |

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a flywheel. Measure depth of installation of a sealing ring in a nest. |
2. Drill two small openings located in the opposite ends of a sealing ring in a sealing ring. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled openings of a sealing ring and, using flat-nose pliers, extend a sealing ring for heads of screws. |
3. Clear a nest for a sealing ring. |
4. Oil pure engine working edges of a new sealing ring and establish it into place. |
5. Remove all traces of engine oil and establish a flywheel. |
