3.1.15. Oil pump

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a gear belt.
2. Remove the camshaft, a pulley of a gear belt of a bent shaft and the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt.
3. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a back casing of a gear belt from the case of the camshaft and the oil pump.
4. Remove the oil pallet and a pipe of an oil receiver with the mesh filter.
5. Disconnect the electric socket from the oil pressure sensor.
6. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the sensor of provision of a bent shaft and move the sensor aside.
7. Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pump assembled from the end of a bent shaft. Remove laying.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew screws of fastening and uncover the oil pump.
2. Using a marker, note an arrangement of internal and external rotors of the oil pump.
3. Take internal and external rotors of the oil pump from a pump housing.
4. Unscrew a bolt of the safety valve of pressure from a forward part of the case of the oil pump and take a spring and a plunger from the case (see rice. Safety valve of pressure).
5. Clear all details of the oil pump and check their state.
6. Using a probe edge, measure a gap between an internal and external rotor of the oil pump.
7. Using a metal ruler, check an axial gap between the case of the oil pump and rotors.
8. Assembly of the pump is made in the sequence, the return dismantling taking into account the next moments:

  – check that rotors are established according to earlier made tags;
  – establish a new washer under a bolt of fastening of the safety valve;
  – apply the means interfering their unscrewing on a carving of screws of fastening of a cover of the oil pump;
rotating an internal rotor of the oil pump, fill the pump with oil.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Using the screw-driver as the lever, take an oil sealing ring of a bent shaft and establish a new sealing ring. Grease working edges of a new sealing ring with pure engine oil.
2. Check that the interfaced surfaces of the oil pump and the block of cylinders the pure and dry and directing plugs are installed in the block of cylinders.
3. Establish new laying of the oil pump to the block of cylinders.
4. Install the oil pump on a bent shaft so that the internal rotor of the pump was accurately recorded on cranked to a shaft. Install the case of the oil pump on the directing plugs. At installation of the oil pump it is necessary to be careful not to damage a sealing ring on a ledge of a bent shaft (1) and to combine an internal rotor of the pump with sides of a bent shaft (2).
5. Establish and tighten the required moment bolts of fastening of the oil pump.
6. Install the sensor of provision of a bent shaft on the case of the oil pump. Connect the electric socket to the sensor.
7. Attach an oil receiver pipe to the oil pump about use of a new sealing ring.
8. Establish a back casing of a gear belt.
9. Establish a pulley of a gear belt, the mechanism of a tension and a gear belt.
10. Fill in pure oil in the engine.
